Pineapple Tart

No prizes for guessing how this flavour came to life - we really wanted to create something inspired by CNY's most iconic snack. That said, even we were surprised at how well the oolong base carries the bright sweetness of pineapple, and our friends who sampled it all went, "Damn, this works."

All in all, the perfect elixir to wash down all that CNY snacking!
