[SEASONAL] Panna Cotta

We don't know how, but there's a Taiwanese oolong varietal called jinxuan that has this natural milky character even as it brews into a perfectly clear, light-gold cup. ...So where's all that milkiness coming from? Anyway, it reminded us of panna cotta in all the best ways – silky, creamy, the whole works. So for this seasonal blend, we amped up the milk flavour for that guilt-free dessert moment.
