Peach Passionfruit Pop

Inspired by a peach and passionfruit gin in a cosy six-seater lakeside cocktail bar in Taiwan, we tried to recreate this in a tea, and let's just say... The mixologist would be proud.

After testing with a variety of teas types, from white teas to black teas and even to herbal infusions, this da hong pao oolong base was a clear winner, its fragrance and full-bodiedness complementing the strong fruit flavours so nicely. It's a tea with a stronger and more exotic flavour than our usual menu of teas, in all the best ways!
