Lychee Martini

We tried t o n s of different lychee varietals to find the one (great excuse to indulge our obsession), and this one's it: peak-season nuo mi zi lychees from China. Just know that they're the best. We infused all of their juiciness into a delicate oolong, with a little whisper of elderflower to round it out. So it's all the fun of a lychee martini – fruity, sweet, and a little fancy.
