Whether party or wedding favours, corporate gifts, or events, we'd love to be a part of it! Our teas can be fully and meaningfully personalised, from tea flavour to number of tea bags to packaging.

  • Tim and Isabelle had an enchanting blue-themed floral aisle for their wedding march-ins, and a bridal bouquet to match. So we specially customised their wedding favours to blend with the theme.

  • No wedding favours - this was something Anjali and YY had initially agreed on. But YY approached us to plan this surprise for Anjali: specially sourced rose tea and a heartfelt message, to honour YY’s tradition of gifting roses to Anjali every Valentine’s Day.

  • A classic gold colour palette for Ziying and Reuben’s wedding favours - never goes wrong.

  • Lin Lin and Gordon wanted to create wedding favours with an illustration of one of their photos - drawn by Lin Lin herself! Such a cute personal touch.

  • Property platform 99.co wanted to gift their clients something apart from the usual mooncakes for mid-autumn festival. We created a tea set, designed according to their brand colours.

FAQ

How much is each custom order?

Each custom order differs in price, depending on the contents and packaging. Share your budget and preferences with us, and we'll share some proposals tailored specially to you.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

The minimum quantity for custom orders start from 50 pieces. If you're looking for something less than that, shoot us a message anyway, and we'll accommodate as much as we can!

And what about lead time?

In general, do reserve a lead time of at least 1-2 months.

What's the customisation process like?

There are 3 main parts to the customisation:

1. Choosing your tea flavour(s)

To help you decide, you can get a sample of all of our tea flavours for a small fee, which is deductible from the final amount should you confirm your order.

Pick up to 1 flavour for orders up to 100pcs, and up to 2 flavours for orders above 100pcs.

If you have a specific flavour in mind that's not on our tea menu, we can help to make it happen too!

2. Choosing your contents

Each unit must have a minimum of 3 tea bags.

3. Customising the packaging

First, pick from tea tins of various colourways and finishings.

From there, our in-house designer will work with you to customise a label/tag according to your theme/colour scheme, with no limit to design edits (although we generally achieve your revision within 2-3 drafts!). There's also the option of add-ons, such as cute ribbons or gift bags.
