[SEASONAL] Wild Honey Osmanthus

We knew we HAD to put this one on our menu the moment we tasted it while our tea farmer warmly shared the art behind creating this tea. Freshly picked oolong tea is vigorously rolled together with osmanthus flowers, breaking and bruising the tea leaves to allow the floral nectar and aroma to seriously permeate the leaves, and they're then baked for a whole day to seal it all in. And because the sweetness of osmanthus carries notes of honey, we sprinkled some honey crystals to draw out the flavour even more.
